- Anna was the only child of this union, although she had two older sister through her father's first marriage. Her father died when she was only 7 years old. She was raised with her cousin Jean Baptiste Bide whose father was killed in World War One. She remained in the house of Martinea her entire life.

| In 1969, Anna and Pattin visit their children and grandchildren in Southern California. After her husband died she would make many more trips to visit and her final trip was in 1990 for the marriage of Mitch & Delora. |
