      Michel Ospital, cadet of the house of Oxaart of the same village, quartier of Hourepel, as the other part, contracting for himself with the consent of his parents.

      * Joannes Laxague, elder owner of Bentasouhi and his wife by actes held by Apesteguy and Larralde, both in 1740.
      * To the brothers and sisters (Laxague), Marie, Guerechaina, Jeanne, Joannes cadet and Joannes his brother, Chabagno for the legal rights paternal and maternal, the sum of 120 livres. Also to Managno ??? another cadette married in the house of Etcheto in this village the sum of 45 livres.
      * They declared that Jeanne Epelle, mother of Jeanne Laxague was living in the house of Menta and the couple was required to care for her during her remaining life.
