He filed a criminal complaint on Juan Guecaimburu for mayhem, after a ballgame played by Rogier and others. He and Guecaimburu got into a fight in which part of Rogier's nose was bitten off.
In testimony, he was asked how much he weighed but he said he did not know what our weights were for he had only been here 20 days but he was told in Basque to tell how much he weighed and to have it translated into English.
