    He bought El Rancho Encino from Eugene Garnier after a Sherff's sale to clear the debts of Garnier, Oxarart paid $29,000.

    He foreclosed on mortgage of F. Lopez to pick up two parcels of land along Aliso & Lopez St.

    • Other Information: Francisco claims his father left a document purportedly his last will and testament, claiming him to be his only son & heir. Inventory filed was $200,000. Oxarart's will does not state any children as heirs only Simon Gless. Francisco claims that last illness of Gaston would have affected his mind and understaning of the matter, so it would been easy to persuade him.
