  	Her parents were noted as Juan Arroguy and Maria Sigoyenetche. 1930 Census records show her sister Anna (Arroqui) Iriart as being from Spain. Based on their mother's name of Sigoyenetche (Cihigoyenetche) and my knowledge of this family being from that region, I have assumed her be born in Valcarlos. Further research necessary.
