Marie Elgart, cadette of the house of Meharosteguy, farmer, 36 years old, daughter of the late Jean Elgart, farmer, and Marie Saroihandy, his wife, owners in their lifetimes of the house of Meharosteguy in the Aldudes.
He was born on 6/12/1735 in Irouleguy to the parents noted above and she was born on 2/3/1764 in the Aldudes to the parents noted above.
Witnesses were Saubat Iribarne, shoemarker, 50 years old; Pierre Barcelona, farmer 46 years old; Jean Irigoyen, farmer 36 years old; and Jean Iriart, "carbaretier", 40 years old.

- Martin Uhalde, son of the late Jean Uhalde and Catherine Iraborcheta, 84 years old.
Marie Elgart, daughter of the late Jean Elgart and Marie Pitho of the village of the Aldudes, 56 years old.
They declared that they had 4 children, Marie, Pierre, Marie and Louise. One was born on 5/26/1800 and another of 9/2/1802. The act also mentions a birth on 7 Prairial An VIII which is the same as 5/26/1800.
Witnesses were Jean Pierre Behety, 58 years old; Martin Iriart, 43 years old; Jean Cherbero, 58 years old and Samson Erramouspe, 21 years old, all four are farmers.
