  Married: Martin Olhagaray, born 2 Vendemaire An 8, son of Martin Olhagaray and Jeanne Berescain, owners of the house of Harsouhandia in the village of Espellette. Marie Pilaria (cadet of Munusta written in the margin). They recognized two children Jeanne Olhagaray born 2/8/1826 and Marie Olhagaray born 7/9/1828. Witnesses were Michel Bidegain farmer 40 years old, Pierre Lartirigoyen farmer 30 years old, residents of Espelette neighbors of the groom, Pierre Pilaria farmer 32 years old brother of the bride and Gratian Harriet customs agent 44 years old.
