    • Philippe Ardaiz, born 5/3/1737, Jean Ardaitz and Marie de Herro, owners of the house Hurzancoa in Linzoain in Spain.
      Marie Etchevers, born 7/6/1760, legitimate daughter of Jean Etchevers and Catherine Etchevers, owners in their lifetime of the house of Pocomotzenia in this village.
      They declared that they had 2 sons, Jean born abt 1798 (An VI) and Baptiste born 11/3/1799 (8 Brumaire An VIII) who they recognized as their own.
      Witnesses were Martin Arrambide secretary to the mayor 46 years old, Gratian Espelet farmer (laboreur) 47 years old, Marie Arrambide owner of the house of Manechhandia 50 years old and Ferdinand Methola weaver 34 years old.
