- Jean Salaberry, inheritor of the house of Saroihandy in the Aldudes and Jeanne Errecalde, cadette of the house of Oxagarat in the quartier of Assaldeguy.
Witnesses were Jean Salaberry and Jean Salaberry, uncle and brother of the groom, Jean Salaberry, brother-in-law of the bride and Gratien Souhilar.
Note: it is unclear where the surname for the bride, Errecalde came from. It appears to be in error.

They named as trustee (curateur) for the children, Martin Sallaberry, their paternal uncle.
