    His parents names were found on his marriage record in 1863 in Uruguay. Unable to find these individuals in France or Spain indexes. Family lore passed down a history that indicated Ignace was born to an unwed mother from Urrugne, France but his father was married to another woman. It is possible that the parents noted are really his parent who may or may never have married. The marriage record indicated that he was a "legitimate son" but that may be questionable. Further research necessary.
