Her estate came to $9,700 consisting of mainly her house at 1703 Brooklyn Ave., Los Angeles which was given to her daughter Laura Grand, except for the bedroom furniture of John Harotcarena, Frank & Celestin Grand who lived there. She lived there when she died. The other lot was in the Aliso Tract.

He bid on 250 cattle grazing at Elizabeth Lake belonging to Estate of Miguel Leonis - $4,800 but was outbid later on.
