His parents were Francois Bayerque and Marie Urrustoy, who were living in the house of Lithos in the village of Esquiule at the time of his birth.

All records in U.S. note his birth date as 4/18/1883 but this date is according to his birth record. Additionally, his obituary states he was born in Barcus which is the village next to Esquiule.

Census:
He was living in Rowland district with his wife and son. He was 36 years old and she was also 36. He immigrated in 1898 and she in 1895. He was a farmer doing general farming.
Note: his name was written as Eugene and their son as Eugene P.

He was owned a farm on Franklin St. with his wife and son. He was 47 years old and his wife was 47. They both immigrated in 1907. He was a farmer on his own farm.

Census:
Jean and Anna Bayerque were living on Francis St. in Chino with their son. They owned their home which was worth $1,200. He was 57 years old and she was 58. He was a farmer.

His birth information was found on his marriage record. His parents were Joseph Bayerque and Magdelaine Lephaille, who were living in Oloron Sainte-Marie, Section St. Pe at the time of his marriage.
