It is assumed that this person is the son of Guillaume Brust and Marie Haiceaguerre based on his marriage record and the notation that his brothers were Michel, Jean and Pierre. Further research needed to confirm.

It appears as if they purchased this home rather than inheriting it. Further research necessary.
